Cold Comfort

Judge Vinson ruled that the interstate commerce clause of the US Constitution is unconstitutional.

Next up:

  1. Habeas corpus is unconstitutional, too. Oh, wait.
  2. The right to an attorney. Oops
  3. The right to jury trial. Hello?
  4. The right not to incriminate oneself. Who me? Enemy combatant?
  5. The right not to be tortured, etc.
Fear not fellow citizens, your rights may be compromised but corporations have the right to be "Legal Persons" with more rights than actual persons. There now isn't that comforting?
